Our Services

We offer psychological focused services to individuals experiencing psychological distress such as anxiety/trauma, stress and/or depression.

We offer psychological services to children and teenagers with anxiety/trauma, behavioral issues and school based problems, depression and social problems. Common problems for teenagers may also include self-harm, substance abuse, social problems and the early development of some major mental health issues such as early onset psychosis, and major depression as well as the anxiety disorders.

We offer counseling for couples experiencing relationship distress, coping with separation and divorce and the impacts on children, or wanting to enhance their relationship.

We offer consultancy services to external agencies or community groups on request. Such requests may include providing specific mental health workshops, interventions following trauma, managing interpersonal conflicts or coping with organisational change.
